When you visit a leaderboard or click on a listing, you are interacting with both the Site Owner (the person who created the leaderboard) and Bajaar LLC. This Policy applies specifically to your interactions with our platform and the data we collect.

  • Click Data: When you click on a listing, we record the click event, the listing clicked, timestamp, and referrer

  • Payment Processors: To process transactions (we do not store your payment card details)
  • Service Providers: Third parties who assist in operating the Service
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or valid legal process

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

BAJAAR LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR DATA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Click data and analytics may be retained indefinitely for Site Owner dashboards. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
